Air-conditioners and heat pumps should be serviced every 4 months within the commercial and industrial sectors and at least once a year in the domestic environment. Servicing your air-conditioner and heat pump will prolong the life of
your equipment, provide improved heating or cooling and better air quality.

- Provide quotation.
- Installation of air-conditioning unit(s).

- Diagnose faults on units
- Provide solution
- Quote for repairs / replacement
- Complete the repair
service & maintenance
Minor/Filter Service
- Check gas charge & top up where necessary
- Check wiring for loose connections
- Clean drain line and filter
- Test operation of unit (report faults for quotation)
Major Service
- Wash and clean condenser and condenser coil
- Wash and clean evaporator and evaporator coil
- Clean filters, replace if necessary
- Lubricate
- Wire brush rust spots and paint with protective coating
- Check and record liquid pressure
- Check and record suction pressure
- Check and record evaporator temperature
- Check and record condenser temperature
- Check and record ambient temperature
- Check and record operating voltages and amperages
- Top up gas if required
- Make adjustments and/or repairs if required
- Clean drip line and drip tray
- Check drain operation
- Check for any deterioration of components and report on these
- Check all electrical wiring for loose connections
- Check all ducting for leaks
- Check thermostat operation
